We weave the nuanced elegance of cultural heritage into contemporary fashion designs, blending Chinese artistry with modern elements. Through garments imbued with the lyricism of poetry, QIBUL reminds those lost in clamor to dust off their original aspirations, letting them glow anew—gentle yet enduring.

我进行过许多品牌和实体的创业，在工作的过程中，诗歌对我的帮助非常大，成为我释放压力的一种方式。我能够放心地去做我喜欢的事，同时也没有丢掉诗歌、绘画这些爱好，这也是我感到很幸福的原因。
On Visionary Designers: Infusing Garments with Soul
Among international designers, I admire Yohji Yamamoto. He transcends mere fashion design—he infuses garments with spirit and soul. What I deeply admire is his approach: when creating, he disregards constraints like cost or market demands, focusing solely on expressing the profound relationship between clothing and the human psyche. In this regard, he transcends fashion to achieve the realm of a performance artist, mastering the connection between garment and wearer to its utmost expression.
In China, I deeply resonate with the brand EXCEPTION . I believe a designer’s creative vision is intrinsically linked to their personal ethos and scope of perspective. These designers are pioneering figures whose work offers indispensable guidance to our path.
关于领袖：把衣服做到灵魂
在国外设计师中，我喜欢山本耀司，他不仅仅是在做服装，而且把衣服做到了精神和灵魂。我最敬畏的是他在做衣服的时候，不会去考虑成本、市场等方面的问题，只是想表达衣服与人的精神的关系，从这一点来讲，他达到了一个行为艺术家的高度，把衣服与人之间的关系这件事做到了一个极致。在国内，我喜欢“例外”这个品牌。我觉得一个设计师本身的状态与自己的格局有很大的关系，我觉得他们是领袖，给了我们很多指引。
On Entrepreneurship: Embracing Every Trial
Entrepreneurship has granted me profound rewards, yet also imposed immense pressure—pressure I consciously transform into driving force, igniting my creativity. Compared to our generation, the new wave of young entrepreneurs benefits from familial support, capital access, and information abundance. While their knowledge and talent are undeniable, they must cultivate calm discernment to filter out the noise propagated by society, media, and information overload.
What they need now is to listen earnestly to seasoned predecessors, temper superficial impulses, and resist premature claims of success after any single accomplishment. True entrepreneurs endure each trial, conquer successive challenges, and assimilate the time-tested methods of those who came before them—securing steady footing at every step. Only through such perseverance can they navigate the startup phase: the toughest stretch of the journey.
关于创业：要经得起每一次考验
创业带给我很多好处，也给我带来了很多压力，但是我又将这些压力转化为动力，刺激了自己的灵感。新一代的年轻人比起我们那一代，有家庭背景、资金、信息等方面的优势，从知识、才能上来说他们都没有什么问题，但是他们应该冷静一些，减少社会、媒体、信息带来的干扰。
他们现在应该做的就是，多听一听老一辈的意见，减少浮躁，不要以为完成一件事就能功成名就。创业者要经得起每一次考验，克服一次次的挑战，学习老一辈处理事情的方法经验，走稳每一步路。我想，这样他们才能度过创业的初期，也就是最困难的时期。
